We've been working on Elizabeth's juggling skills. We think she might have a real future with the circus. Now we just need to introduce those flaming wands...Uncle Aaron, can you help us out with her training?

State of the Art Toys
Dear Millie- Thank you for the cool box toy. I really love the box. Actually this music table has become one of Elizabeth's favorites. She loves standing up "herself" these days. Yesterday she officially started cruising from the music table to an ottoman. We bought out first baby gate finally and I have a feeling we're going to need it soon! She has so much energy that once she starts walking, it'll be a run in no time.
Happy 4th...or 21st of July!
Happy Birthday, Uncle Greg (no, not Uncle Sam it's Uncle Greg's birthday on the 4th). We spent the 4th at the pool and a cookout with some friends and other babies. In the evening, we went to a free concert here in our area. Elizabeth seems to really like music. Just this week, she's started "dancing" when music comes on. She'll bob/bounce up and down. It's so cute!
Too much kicking in the pool made for a tired baby at the end of the concert!

Hello Wednesday
Does this look like a "sick" child to you? She was at the doctor yesterday and they think she has a sinus infection, so yesterday she was home with daddy and today with mommy. Shouldn't she be laying in bed sleeping and not playing?
Beat of the Drum
Elizabeth has a new favorite game - standing up herself (with the help of the footrest). Every time we do it, she just laughs and yells and lets us know she's enjoying that perspective. It's also a good way for her to work on her drumming skills. Motley Crew or GNR, only a few more inches of hair and here we come (she already has her shirt off)!
Go Dayton Flyers
Elizabeth isn't the newest baby to join the team anymore. Her new friend, Reagan, came to the games on Saturday. Elizabeth welcomed her by trying to grab at her eyeballs (it's her way of shaking hands). Elizabeth had a great day at the softball games and cheered on mom and dad, even though they both had a bad day at the plate.
