Sisters, Sisters: There were never such devoted sisters

You might think it's easier to get a 2-year-old to smile than a 6-month-old. Not the case in our family. Today, Mary (our daycare woman) said that in her 27 years of having her daycare, she hasn't known a more easy going and happy baby. Sarah is super sweet and loves to smile and laugh. Now if only we could get her sleeping through the night better:) The two wakings a night have got to go! Tonight on the way home from daycare, Elizabeth was correcting my pronunciation of "carrots" tonight. Glad my 2-year-old thinks I have some kind of accent or something.

Sisters, sisters
There were never such devoted sisters,
Never had to have a chaperone, no sir,
I'm there to keep my eye on her
Caring, sharing
Every little thing that we are wearing
When a certain gentleman arrived from rome
She wore the dress, and I stayed home
All kinds of weather, we stick together
The same in the rain and sun
Two different faces, but in tight places
We think and we act as one
Those who've seen us
Know that not a thing could come between us
Many men have tried to split us up, but no one can
Lord help the mister who comes between me and my sister
And lord help the sister, who comes between me and my man

- From White Christmas (if you've never seen the Ensminger sisters perform this, ask them the next time you soon them!)
